2. Our Products
The Plate Flip Mini is a hand-built electronic motorcycle number plate flipper designed and sold exclusively for use at track days, motorcycle shows, photography shoots, and on private land.
Important: This product is not designed, intended, or sold for use on UK public roads. Operating a number plate flipper to conceal your registration mark on a public road is an offence under the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994. By purchasing this product you confirm that you understand this and accept full responsibility for how you use it. Plate Flip Mini accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from misuse of the product on public roads or elsewhere.
3. Ordering and Payment
By placing an order through this website you are making an offer to purchase the product described. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order has been placed. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but any change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed.
4. Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders.
Orders are typically dispatched within 3 to 5 working days of order confirmation. As every Plate Flip Mini is hand-built to order, during busy periods dispatch may take a little longer. We will contact you if there is any significant delay.
Delivery is to UK addresses only unless otherwise agreed in advance. If you are based outside the UK and wish to order, please contact us directly before placing an order.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, courier services, or circumstances outside our control.
5. Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us clearly within 14 days of receiving your order. You can do this by:

Once you have notified us of your cancellation you must return the product to us within a further 14 days. The product must be returned in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or we have made an error.
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you used to place the order.
6. Returns and Faulty Goods
Every Plate Flip Mini is individually tested before dispatch. However, if your product arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible.
All Plate Flip Mini products are covered by a 2-year parts and labour warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failure under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by incorrect installation
Damage caused by misuse or modification of the product
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by using the product on public roads contrary to the intended use stated at point 2 above
To make a warranty claim, contact us by phone or email with your order details and a description of the fault. We will advise on next steps, which may include return of the product for inspection and repair or replacement.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this warranty.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plate Flip Mini shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the purchase or use of our products.
Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the price you paid for that order.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, logos, and product designs is the property of Plate Flip Mini and may not be reproduced or used without our express written permission.
9. Privacy
We collect and process personal data in order to fulfil your order. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details of how we handle your personal information.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
